Opening near the city center, just a few steps from the Two Towers and in front of the Municipal Theater, is Spiller’s tenth signature brewery on Via Zamboni. The brewery located inside a portion of the historic building erected in the 15th century, is spread over a 380-square-meter space that is refined and cozy, with attention to the smallest details and a South Tyrolean atmosphere combined with a modern soul. Thanks to a cold-pressing system, individual kegs are perfectly preserved at the correct serving temperature, allowing for artful tapping.
